About Seller Profit Calculator
Seller Profit Calculator is a free tool that shows online sellers how much money they actually keep from each sale on Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Shopify, Walmart and TikTok Shop. No sign-up is needed.
Why we built it
Price minus product cost looks like profit, but every sale also pays referral or transaction fees, payment processing, shipping and packaging, and often VAT or GST. Working these out one by one is tedious, so many sellers price too low or only notice months later that a product loses money. Enter your price, cost and shipping, and the calculator applies these costs in one step to show profit and margin.
What you can do here
- Compare marketplaces: See the profit for the same product on each marketplace side by side.
- Price for a target margin: Enter the margin you want and see the minimum price for each marketplace.
- Handle VAT/GST and currencies: Switch between USD, EUR, GBP, CAD and AUD, and include VAT or GST when it applies to you.

- Korean marketplaces: A Korean version covers Naver Smart Store, Coupang and other Korean marketplaces.
How we handle the numbers
- All calculations run in your browser. The amounts you enter are never sent to or stored on a server.
- We check fee rates against each marketplace's official seller documentation, and our guides show the date we last checked them.
- Fees vary by category, plan, region and promotion, and they change often. Every fee field is editable, so you can enter the exact rate from your own seller dashboard.
- When we find a fee change, we update the calculator and the related guides and refresh the "Updated" date.
